July 4th Aurora Borealis

Mother nature delivered her own light show on the 4th of July! A faint blue, pink and green aurora appeared low on the northern horizon around 10pm local time as a local fireworks display was in progress. Taken from Breakwater Beach in Brewster here on the Cape. The yellow light dome glow of Boston, 65 miles away, is on the far left.
